Easter week fun!
Well what a great end to a fabulous term. Here are a few photos to show you what Class 4 have been up to this week.
Making hot cross buns
There was a delicious smell in Class 4 as they made hot cross buns with Mrs Allen. I didn't get to try one but have heard from many children and parents that they were delicious!
Aztec Printing
Class 4 have really enjoyed developing thier printing skills and have produced some beautiful Aztec pattern prints this week. The 'oohs' and 'aahs' of amazement from the children when the prints were revealed was a delight to hear and see.
Finally to end our term we felt it only right to celebrate the Mexican way, with our Pinata. There was great excitement to see who could hit it the hardest and manage to break it to reveal the contents. It was full of our questions from the beginning of our topic (which now we could answer!) but also a little Easter treat too which pleased them.

ReplyDeleteI always look forward to school because I know it is going to be soooo fun and exciting.Printing was a fun experience because I have never painted with ink before. The hot cross buns were fun to make and were really nice too.I am looking forward to the rest of this term. JB
